By accessing or using RimRevival, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to buy or sell on RimRevival. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

RimRevival is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of automotive rims, tires, complete sets, and wheel-related accessories. We facilitate listings, offers, checkout, and escrow-protected payments but are not a party to the underlying sale between users.

• Sellers create listings and are responsible for accuracy, disclosed condition, and shipping.
• Buyers purchase through our Stripe-secured checkout with escrow-style fund holding.
• Funds are released to the seller after delivery confirmation and a 48-hour inspection window.
• Disputes are resolved per our Return Policy, which favors the buyer when documented proof is provided.

RimRevival charges platform fees on completed transactions. Current fee schedules are published on our Fees & Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Key points:

• Seller fees — a percentage of the gross sale, deducted from the seller payout.
• Buyer fees — may apply per transaction; waived during promotional periods.
• Promotion fees — optional listing promotion tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are one-time charges.
• Affiliate commissions — referral commissions are governed by our Affiliate Program Rules.
• All payouts to sellers and affiliates are processed via Stripe Connect.

You agree not to use RimRevival to:

• List stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods.
• Disclose undisclosed damage or defects (sellers must declare all known imperfections).
• Arrange off-platform payments to bypass escrow protections.
• Submit fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after receiving items as described.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users or RimRevival staff.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, offers, or affiliate commissions (including self-referral).
• Use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable law.

Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, affiliate termination, and forfeiture of pending payouts.

RimRevival is a community for automotive enthusiasts. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following content categories — they are prohibited anywhere on the platform (listings, descriptions, photos, messages, reviews, offers, Q&A, storefronts, disputes, and all user-generated content):

• Hate speech — slurs, dehumanizing language, or attacks targeting any group.
• Racial or color-based discrimination — racism, colorism, racial stereotypes, or discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, or national origin.
• Religious discrimination — attacks on any religion, religious slurs, or harassment based on faith or beliefs.
• Sexual or sexually-oriented content — nudity, sexual explicitness, sexual innuendo, or adult material of any kind.
• Political content — partisan campaigning, political endorsements, electioneering, or politically divisive rhetoric. RimRevival is an automotive marketplace, not a political platform.

All text and image submissions are scanned by automated moderation before they appear. Prohibited content is blocked automatically; borderline content is flagged for human review. Repeated violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly first. If unresolved, RimRevival will mediate per our Return Policy, which favors the buyer when valid documented proof (unboxing video, photos) is provided.

RimRevival acts as a platform provider and facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RimRevival is not liable for:

• The condition, authenticity, or fitness of items sold by users.
• Shipping delays, carrier damage, or lost packages (handled between buyer, seller, and carrier).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace use.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the transaction amount (the gross item price paid by the buyer for the item in question). This cap applies in the aggregate to all claims arising from the same transaction.

Participation in the RimRevival Affiliate Program is governed by our Affiliate Program Rules. Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements, maintain professional conduct, and are subject to commission clawback on refunds or chargebacks. Fraud or abuse results in immediate termination and permanent ban.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of RimRevival after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
